If you live in Perth or are ever visiting you must visit this little coffee shop.
Recently I have been visiting most days I am off to lounge in one of their comfortable chesterfield sofas.
Oh did I mention they are dog friendly? I take my rescue mutt in and the staff always make a wee fuss of him. He always looks quite smug, think he feels like a celebrity.
Blend's menu have something for everyone. They have a vast array of coffee, teas, hot chocolates and cold drinks alike. My favourite is a latte with a shot of caramel on a cold day. Also they do ice versions of their menu! The iced latte is so refreshing on a hot summers day.
Blend's decor is amazing. Every visit I notice another little quirky treasure. The only way i can describe their style is antique chic. Oxblood chesterfield sofas and armchairs, tartan cushions, vintage mirrors, old writing desks, random light shades, local art, explorer hats and there is even a bookcase crammed full of books for booklovers like me.
The staff are just lovely, I am still quite a newbie but I already feel like a regular by always getting a friendly greeting. Today a member of staff rememberd Glen's name and welcomed him also.
In conclusion this is obviously going to be my new favourite coffee spot in Perth.
P.S try their red velvet cake! nom nom nom.
